Love your Blog! For it, I would like to suggest a wonderful european inspired french butter dish.
By keeping-it on the counter at room temperature, it will enable you to preserve butter without it growing rancid and its texture will be perfect, neither too hard nor too soft!
Fill the top part (lid) of the dish with butter. Add cold water in the lower part and insert the lid. The butter thus immersed in water is not in contact with the air and keeps all its freshness.
An excellent gift idea!
